Experiment with My Ring

I think just wearing the ring on my finger is kinda boring. So today, I did some little experiment on it.

What to do, I was a science student. I always amazed on how they can cut the diamond into so many facets and each facet can reflex light so clearly.

Usually, we see diamond shines as a reflexion of light.

Today, I use my laser pointer to shoot directly into the diamond. The result is shown as attached photo. It looks much more amusing than what is taken in the picture as some tiny reflexion cannot be captured by my camera.

It looks even nicer if I off the room light. I guess this will be my free time game for quite some time.... haha.. The diamond indulgence~

The Proposal + Engagement

I should have post this blog a few months back. But was waiting for the right time. Finally, today is the day.

Let's goes back to 10 Feb 2010, a day to remember. A day which darling and I shared the most unforgettable day together.

The story started at 32-The Mansion. My darling invited me for a special dinner (which I already can guess what he is trying to do... hehe). I always tell darling, do not give me a "huge surprise" as I am not sure my weak heart can take it or not. haha... But of course, still went with curiosity and expectation. Not the venue nor the procedure that I'm looking forward to, but his sincerity.

Well, I think no one will have mood to talk about any other things else when the stomach is empty. Haha.. so we should focus on the food first. The atmosphere in the restaurant was great. We were given a table at the corner. Romantic as I always dreamt of. (Despite of the noisy groups surrounding us).
Frankly speaking, I can't recall how was the food tasted like... nor what kind of food I'd ordered. As it was amusing to observe my darling reaction for the whole night. He looked nervous yet lovely.

I kept waiting.. wondering when will be the "moment". Then came the waiter with a bouquet of flower when I was about to have my dessert.Wow...Lilies, my all time favourite.

I knew that darling will bought me flowers but didn't expect it to be such a big bouquet. While I busy checking on the flowers.. darling is already down on his knee. The 2 huge groups around us (add up to 20 ppls i guess) start to cheer and clap. I just don't know how to react but blushed. Never expect to have so many spectators.

I looked at darling as he stared at me full of passion. The night was intoxicating.. His words will stay in my heart forever but I will not share it here. As it is meant for darling and I only. And you can guess, my answer is surely YES.

This is the solitaire ring that darling got for me. I love it.
I guess both of us were indulged with the moment and with each other so much that we don't even remember to take a picture for memory.

It was when darling sent me home, then only I asked my housemate to help us to snap a photo.

Well, I think an engagement is not complete if only me has the ring while darling don't. I'd been thinking to get him a ring as well to show that we both are engaged. So finally, today, I got him one.

I guess no girl will buy her fiance a ring. But I want to be an extraordinary girl for my darling. To show him that I love him as much as he loves me (though the rings value are not equally same). Hahaha.... Anyhow, I just wish to say " Darling, I treasure all the moments we had and I wish to experience the rest of the moment in my life with you "

Caught a Cutie in QBM

Was having dinner with darling in QBM yesterday... While coming down from the escalator..suddenly saw this huge dolly... so i quickly took out my phone and snap a photo.

When this pinky thing saw me snapping her photo.. immediately running in my direction, give me a shock.... =.=" so finally took a photo with her due to her "overwhelming" reaction... haha

Then found it is actually Neway Promotion Dolly... er.. should i call it dolly? dunno what to call it...

Am I Ready to Walk Into Marriage?

It is so wonderful to know there will be 4 couples in queue to have their wedding from Oct this year until next year.

Pastor has been busy to give all of us marriage course and see each of us personally to guide and advise us. The first class was indeed a stressful one for me as my fiance was not available to attend together with me. Therefore, I need to make notes and explain everything about that day lecture to him. Phew~

This question keep popping in my mind recently. "Am I really ready for a marriage life ?"
Wondering it is only me will think so or most of the bride to be will have such feeling.
I guess there is no perfect person in the world and I don't really looking for a 100% perfect guy as well (only Jesus is perfect).

But am I ready to take all the consequences in a marriage?

After my 1 to 1 session with pastor, i guess i was bit discouraged and yet encouraged at the same time. Sound confused huh? Me too! haha...

What was I afraid of? The marriage life, the house chore, the husband, the children, MIL, losing of singlehood, financial issue, affair? I can't really find the answer for this.
but if you ask me, do I love this man? I am certainly yes.

(* stopped for 10 min as receiving a call from Uncle Bernard, a short talk to him suddenly inspire me of a verse)

Psalm 23:4 ~ Even though I walk through the valley of darkness, I fear no evil for You are with me.

Well, i guess Holy Spirit just speak to me that no matter what circumstance i am in, as long as i hang on to God, He will lead me through. And God's intension for marriage is certainly a good and blissful one.

Dinner with Family at Kuala Sepetang

One of the best moment back home is having dinner with family.
My sisters seems to be very good in searching for nice restaurant.
This time, we all purposely drive for around half an hour from Taiping town into this seafood restaurant in Kuala Sepetang.
It is built at the shore where u can see all the fishing boats park all around you.

The appetizer.. fried baby crab.. very crispy and tasty.

Must eat some green vege for good health also oh.

For those who doesn't feel like eating rice, Wat Tan Ho is a good choice.

Deep fried squid with egg and salted egg. The fried squid is quite oily but the egg and salted egg do add some credit.

Mantis Prawn~! Though everyone say it is delicious, I still won't try. Because it looks ugly.

Well, I still prefer prawn. This assam prawn is yummy.

Steam fish.. simple and healthy.

There were 12 of us and the whole meal cost RM205. Is it consider cheap or expansive? I am not sure but I do enjoy the time together. ^^

Happy Birthday to Me ~!

Wow.. So fast another birthday of mine.
This time, darling brought me to Strada.

The Restaurant was so quiet as if we book the whole session for ourselves. haha..
